Crystall Goa Palolem

The staff was respectful, kept everything clean and really good. The continental breakfast was tasty, had a good choice of options. We were in a perfect location at a medium distance from Backwaters Palolem.

The location was wonderful, the public spaces were clean and the staff was brilliant. Luxurious units with good bathroom. Very good services too! Everything excellent.

Brilliant location and fairly clean place, I thoroughly enjoyed pleasant staff. I have spent 3 days in standard cottage with a fridge, good bathroom plus a terrace.

everything was perfect, its location and staff, plus good wi-fi. the room was cosy with very comfy beds. the gardens were lovely here. could use their paid parking.

A cool place to stay in Palolem. I had a delightful stay in my premium king room. Very gracious staff, smiling all time. Reasonably priced hotel with an exceptional service. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed how phenomenal the location was...

I didn't like that there was no water pressure.

The hotel is absolutely charming, has perfect location and staff. It is close to restaurants and cafes.

Above average breakfast, excellant pool, HELPFUL ENOUGH stuff. Room was usual and usual, enjoyed it. Secure location next to Masala Kitchen. On top of that, restaurants and cafes where next to the property.
